Mr. Brass is the Pinellas County Area Manager for the Small Business Development Center at the University of South Florida – St. Petersburg. Prior to taking this position, Mr. Brass was the Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Technology Incubator at the University of South Florida (USF). Also, while at USF, he was the Executive Director of the Office for Technology Entrepreneurship and the Executive Director for the Office for Corporate Development.

From 6th Avenue and 2nd Street South, walk south toward the campus along the new beautiful Harborwalk past the fountain. The SBDC office is in the Davis Hall, directly behind the fountain. Proceed to the rear of the building (you will see the harbor), the College of Business suite is in the center of the first floor, and Wayne is located in room 108.
